New podcast, each week (after this one it will be on Sundays) I will upload a podcast where I will be shooting the breeze with some of my favorite people. This week's guest is my good friend Craig "Rickets" Adam who I worked with at Ashington Leisure Centre 10 years ago, been comrades ever since and now works and lives with my brother in Runcorn.
